LIfe's...A roller Coaster?????

Life is like a roller coaster
it is full of ups and down
be prepared for the ride
put on the seat belt
hang on well and sit back tight

on did you feel the rush
of the air when you plunge
up you go and down you come
same as in the journey of life
if there is no down there won't be up
so do not frown , do not sigh
smile and bravely face the sunshine:~)

CPR for life

Hello everyone....
See you again...today I want to share with you about Step of CPR...
You should follow these step if see people who can't breathing or breathless..

  • 1. See if the person is conscious and ask laudly "Are you ok?" to see if you get a response
  • 2. Call for help. Ask someone to call ambulance.
  • 3. Lay the person on the back. use the log-roll technique and move the whole person as a unit to minimize injury.
  • 4. See if the person is breathing.
*Tilt the head back and lift up the person's chin
*Then lean close to the mouth and listen and feel for a breath

  • 5. If the person isn't breathing give artificial respiration

*Pinch the nose shut and place your mouth around the victim's.
*Give two full breaths into the mouth(each breath should last about 1 second)
*Lets the chest fall before give the next breath.

  • 6. After you've given the breaths, check the person pulse
  • 7. If you can't find a pulse get ready to begin chest compressions
*With one hand feel for a notch at the lower end of the breastbone and measure two fingers against
                  widths above that notch
*Place the heel of the other hand at that spot on the breastbone..
*Cover that hand with the other and interlock the fingers(Don't put your fingers againts the chest)

  • 8. Once the hand are in place lock your elbows and position your body directly over your hands. Give 30 chest compressions in 10 seconds, depressing the breastbone 2 inches.
  • 9. Give the person two full breaths with artificial respiration
10. Check the pulse again. If there is no pulse repeat the compression. continue with this cycle of 2 breaths and compression untill the person is revive or ambulance arrive....

Hope the tips can help all......
                              see you  again.......
